Experience was pleasant.
The location in a very popular area was magnificent and unbeatable and there were shopping centres and a market nearby. Nana tube station was 10 min away. I was there for 2 nights and ate at air-conditioned restaurant for breakfast.

I could see swimming pool from the queen studio. It was great-sized with a microwave, an electric kettle and a refrigerator.

We kiiked that the sporting services were open long hours, kept very clean.
We were disappointed that there was no "Teatowel" in our kitchenette or washup liquid. The staff didn't understand whay one was. Also would have been grat to have dedicated "pool" towels available. The staff did their best and 'Pumpin" was most helpful but the others didn't really understand any english.

The location was convenient, close to public transportation and restaurants. The room had a nice view and the bed was comfortable. The free Wi-Fi was appreciated.
The breakfast was awful, hardly any options and the food trays were consistently empty. Building maintenance was lacking, lights in the room and corridor were out.

The Location was pretty good. Food available close-by. Very convinent for a Family Stay.
Hotel Staff is not polite. Not adequate staff around even at 10 A.m in the morning. Only one staff to run around and the male receptionist was a little rude and refuse to assist.
